Method
Six stages
The Method is a framework of six stages for thinking about intentional change. It is not the same as the Pillars. Pillars name foundational domains; the Method names stages that can help orient the work of change.
The six stages are Recognize, Reassess, Reimagine, Prepare, Change, and Recalibrate.
Public accounts of each stage are being prepared.
